Leading any nonprofit organization during this unprecedented time is challenging. Leading a nonprofit made up of all member-volunteers is dynamic. Assistance League members are deeply connected to our mission and take real ownership. Additionally, as volunteers our members prioritize giving time and energy in service to others. Our member-volunteers serve thousands of people in need every year.
