Philanthropic Programs > Book Bank
With an eye to the future, Assistance League’s Book Bank program promotes literacy by reading to and giving books to pre-school children enrolled in Head Start, other agencies and at community events. More than 6,500 books found a new home and a special place in the heart of a child because of Book Bank last year.
Since 2007, Book Bank has provided batteries, audio systems, and multi-sensory kits for the Utah School for the Deaf and Blind.
