Core Values:

- Respectful of others

The Consociates Auxiliary was founded in 1990 to provide a vehicle for those who want to give back to their community but have limited time. Membership includes working people or younger mothers who are unable to donate time during the day or attend meetings during business hours.
The purpose of the auxiliary is to carry on a program of philanthropic work within the community, either by supporting the philanthropic work of the chapter and/or pursuing its own philanthropic programs. Currently, Consociates sponsors two service projects, Baby Bundles and Assault Survivor Kits®:
Consociates members pay annual dues and attend regular and work meetings. No minimum service hours are required. Consociates sponsors one major fundraising event each year, the Women of Distinction Luncheon, honoring Utah women who have contributed to their community in some distinctive way.
