As you watch the leaves turn, does your mind turn to the upcoming holidays and cooking for family & friends? Do high-end kitchen appliances make you salivate? Do you like watching someone else cook? Do you like to sample fine food with wine pairings? If you do, mark you calendar for Thursday, Nov. 5th. Mountain Land Design ( 2345 South Main Street) is hosting a fund raising event where 100 percent of the ticket price will be donated to Assistance League of Salt Lake City. Attendees will watch four professional chefs prepare food in four state-of-the-art kitchens and then have the opportunity to taste the resulting food complete with wine pairings. Also, chapter members will be available to answer questions regarding Assistance League programs and membership. Tickets are $50 per person and will be sold in advance only.
